The activities of the Kerala Samuhya Jalasechana samithi,
an extremely assisted project ceased to exist by end
of March 2002. A skeleton staff is allowed to continue
up to 30.4.2002 for the smooth closure of the Samithi
all assets of the samithi and records for audit purpose
etc have to be entrusted to a body for safe custody
and proper utilization of assets.
Government having considered all aspects of the case
order that all assets and records of Kerala samuhya
Jalasechana samithi will be handed over to Ground
water Department though its district Officer, Thrissur.
The Director, Kerala Samuhya Jalasechana Samithi will
take action accordingly.
The Director, ground water Department will make necessary
arrangements for the smooth take over of all assets
and records of Kerala samuhya Jalasechana Samithi
under proper recordings and will maintain register
of assets/records took over and will report to Government
in due course.
